Sandra Cruz Ayala has a background in relations and human resources, with experience as a talent management specialist at Quality Temporal (ETT). Prior to this, Sandra worked as a senior HR consultant at SYNERGIE ESPAÑA, and as a labor department technician at Grupo Vadillo Asesores. Sandra holds a degree in relations labor and human resources from Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea and a degree in business administration and finance administration from Instituto Ciudad Jardin.
