K.C. Watson has been working in the professional world since 1995. They began their career as a Trading Coordinator/Underwriter, Fixed Income Securities at Fidelity Investments. In 1997, they moved to Prudential Securities, where they worked as a Fixed Income Specialist. In 1999, K.C. Watson joined Innovatv (a Tata-America company) as a Business Development Director. They then moved to OneTouch Systems in 2002, where they worked as a Sales Director. In 2009, K.C. Watson joined Polycom as an Enterprise Accounts Executive. In 2011, they co-founded Sherpa Digital Media, where they served as CEO & Co-Founder. In 2020, they joined Enterprise Startup as a Go-to-Market/Revenue Advisor, and in 2021, they joined Quality Clouds as an Alliances Lead.

K.C. Watson attended the University of Arizona from 1990 to 1994.
