Radu Dalbea has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of technology and software development. Radu started their career as a C# and PHP developer at Alpso, where they developed various desktop applications for clients in different industries. After that, they worked at Abroad Software as a PHP developer, focusing on building a backend platform for e-commerce websites. At Interactions, they served as a senior developer, working on software development projects for both public and private websites, as well as mobile applications. Radu then joined Avangate as a senior software engineer, responsible for developing and maintaining the company's e-commerce platform using a variety of technologies. Currently, Radu is serving as the Chief Technology Officer at QUALITANCE, driving technology strategies aligned with business objectives and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Radu Dalbea's education history includes obtaining an Engineer's degree in Engineering from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest. Radu attended the university from 2004 to 2009.
