Sofie Dewyn is an experienced Customer Experience Designer and Strategic Customer Success Manager who has been freelancing since February 2019 and is currently affiliated with Qualifio. As the Founder and Community Lead of the Customer Success Community Belgium since March 2018, Sofie identified and addressed the need for a supportive network for Customer Success Managers. Prior to this, Sofie held various roles at Teamleader CRM from July 2015 to January 2019, including Operational & Strategic Project Manager, International Customer Success Manager, and Customer Success Onboarding Coordinator, contributing to significant improvements in customer experience and team development across Europe. Earlier experiences include event management at TEDxGhent and an internship at the Training Institute of the Federal Administration of Belgium. Sofie holds multiple degrees in Educational Sciences and has pursued specialized training in customer success methodologies.
