Mihail Karev has a strong background in software engineering and technology consulting. Mihail currently works as an Engineering Lead at Qualifast, where they previously held roles as a Software Engineer and Senior Software Development Engineer. Before joining Qualifast, Mihail served as the Chief Technology Officer at Colibra and as a Product Engineer. Prior to that, they worked at Accedia as a Lead Technology Consultant and Senior Software Consultant. Mihail began their career at Musala Soft, where they held positions as a Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineer, and Junior Software Engineer.

Mihail Karev completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski from 2010 to 2014.
