Octivia Marcel is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in contract management and paralegal work. Currently serving as a Senior Paralegal and Contract Manager at Qualia since April 2021, Octivia has previously held the position of International Contracts Manager at Emergo by UL from October 2015 to April 2021. Prior to that, Octivia worked as a Legal Assistant at the Law Offices of Gerald M. Gonzales from September 2014 to October 2015 and as a Public Relations Assistant at the National Institute for Technology in Liberal Education from September 2010 to May 2014. Octivia earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and French from Southwestern University in 2014.
