Denise Galvin Vieira currently serves as Deputy General Counsel at Qualia since June 2021. Previously, Denise held the position of Associate General Counsel at Databricks from January 2020 to June 2021 and served as Associate General Counsel/VP Deputy General Counsel at DocuSign from October 2014 to December 2019. Earlier in the career, Denise was Senior Counsel at Zynga, Corporate Counsel at VMware, and an Associate at Carr & Ferrell LLP. Denise holds a B.S. degree from Santa Clara University and a J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
