Rachel Bannon has diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Rachel started their career at The Lawyer in Norwich as a Supervisor from 2005 to 2009. Rachel then worked as a General Manager and Assistant General Manager at Brasted's, where they were responsible for the day-to-day operations, sales, marketing, and staff management. Rachel also worked as a Digital Content Creator at Midwich, focusing on content creation and driving website traffic through social media. Rachel later joined Norwich City Football Club, where they held positions as a Conferencing & Events Coordinator, Catering Sales and Marketing Executive, and Corporate Marketing Executive. Rachel then worked as a Marketing Manager at Urban Jungle Plant Nursery before joining Quadmark as an Operations Manager, Internal Communications Manager, and People Ops and Culture Lead. Rachel'sexperience demonstrates strong leadership skills, project management abilities, and expertise in marketing and communications.

Rachel Bannon completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of East Anglia in 2009.
