Cathy Pettinella is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management and operations. As the Sr. Director, Global Change Leader at Quadient since January 2020, Cathy spearheads the change management initiative for the global implementation of Oracle Cloud, focusing on a comprehensive business transformation. Prior to this role, Cathy served in various senior positions at Neopost from August 2002 to January 2020, achieving significant revenue growth and optimizing operational performance.
