Prior to this, he was the head of Intel’s Global Wireless efforts responsible for the overall strategy and implementation of Intel’s efforts in the industry to establish Intel leadership in communication technologies such as WiFi and 4G. In this capacity he was the corporate focal point for customers and business partners Worldwide. He is also recognised in the industry as the original architect of Intel’s efforts in WiFi and 4G/WiMAX technologies as well as for being a founding team member of Intel Capital having won numerous awards during this tenure at Intel.
