Heather Rossetti has diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 1998, they served as a Residential Aide at the Western Pennsylvania School for Blind Children until 2001. From 2001 to 2014, they worked as a Project Director at DeBiase & Levine Associates, Inc. In 2015, they joined Quadax, Inc. as a Project Manager and later transitioned to the role of Junior Account Executive from 2017 to 2019. Subsequently, they advanced to the role of Account Executive until 2022. Since November 2022, Heather has held the position of Client Service Manager at Quadax, Inc.

Heather Rossetti obtained their Bachelor's degree in Social Work from West Virginia University, where they pursued their education from 1994 to 1998.
