Kristina “Kris” Ay-ay currently serves as the Head of Business Development & Partnerships at QuadX, focusing on last-mile deliveries for the GoGo Express brand. Previously, Kris was the Head of Marketing at asistensi, an insurtech company, until its operations in the Philippines ceased. Kris also held the title of Director of Business Development at hoolah, a Buy Now Pay Later platform acquired by ShopBack. As a co-founder and General Manager at ShopBack Philippines, Kris established partnerships and built a high-performing team. Additional experience includes senior marketing and sales roles at Cmart Thailand, Ensogo.com, and 88DB Philippines. Kris holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Lyceum of the Philippines University and has completed relevant entrepreneurship and digital marketing courses at The Wharton School and Ateneo de Manila University.
