Tracy L. Brashears has a strong background in wealth management and fiduciary services. Starting in 2007, they worked at First American Title as a Claims Counsel for one year. Tracy L. then moved to The National Bank & Trust Company in 2008, initially as an Assistant Vice President - Trust Officer, and later as a Vice President - Trust Officer from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, they joined First Midwest Bank as a Vice President - Wealth Management Officer, where they worked until 2017. From 2017 until now, Tracy has been with Quad City Bank & Trust, starting as a Vice President - Fiduciary Trust Officer, and then as a 1st Vice President, Wealth Management & Trust Services. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President - Wealth Management & Fiduciary Services.

Tracy L. Brashears obtained a Bachelor of Business, cum laude, in Business Management and Finance from Western Illinois University in 2004. Tracy L. went on to pursue a Juris Doctor degree in Law from Northern Illinois University, completing their education in 2007. In 2011, Tracy obtained a certification as a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) from the ABA Institute of Certified Bankers.
