Luis Foulks is an experienced facilities management professional currently serving as Facilities Manager and Facilities Engineer at QTS Data Centers since October 2018. In this role, Luis is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing equipment utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Building Automation System (BAS) software. Prior to this, Luis served in the US Navy from November 2014 to September 2018, most notably as Maintenance and Material Program Manager and as Anti Terrorism Tactical Watch Officer at Norfolk Naval Base. In addition, Luis held the position of Office Manager Executive Assistant at the US Embassy in Cairo, Egypt, and worked as Quality Assurance Supervisor at Yokosuka Naval Base in Japan. Luis earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus and holds certifications in Six Sigma Green Belt and Environmental Protection Coordination.
