Kendra Battle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT service management and process improvement. Since February 2016, Kendra has served as the Sr. ITSM Manager at QTS Data Centers, where responsibilities include managing the ServiceNow development framework, overseeing process improvement initiatives, and leading company-wide discussions on women in tech. Prior roles at QTS included IT Service Manager and Change Manager, where Kendra focused on ITSM maturity models and created global change policies. Previously, Kendra worked as a Business Process Engineer at Fiserv, identifying inefficiencies in workflows, and as a Global Production Control Analyst at AGCO Corporation, enhancing production coordination and best practices. Kendra holds a BA in Business Information Systems from DeVry University.
