Lars Dahms holds a Doctorate in Natural Sciences from Freie Universität Berlin and a Diplom in Chemistry from Leibniz Universität Hannover. Currently serving as the Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs Manager at qtec services GmbH since April 2019, Lars provides expertise in quality assurance. Prior to this role, Lars was the Head of Sterile Products at Berlin Heart GmbH from January 2009 to April 2019, focusing on process optimization and the development of biocompatible surfaces. Earlier experience includes serving as the Head of Quality Assurance at KRD Sicherheitstechnik GmbH, where responsibilities encompassed operational quality assurance and statistical process analysis from January 2005 to December 2008. Lars began a career in academia as a Scientific Assistant at RWTH Aachen University from May 2002 to December 2004.
