Brian Chmiola is an experienced IT professional with a solid background in technical support and management. Currently serving as an IT Analyst at QTC Management, Inc. since June 2019, Brian's prior role was as IT Service Desk Manager at ELS Educational Services, Inc. from January 2014 to June 2019, where responsibilities included coordinating between various technical teams and managing the deployment of technology across multiple locations. Brian began as an IT Support Specialist, focusing on end-user needs and driving team performance. Brian holds an Associate's degree in Computer Science from San Antonio College, earned between 1997 and 1999.
