Nikita Anand is a seasoned human resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Currently serving as a Human Resources Executive at QSS Technosoft Inc. since September 2024, Nikita has developed expertise through previous roles as a Recruitment Specialist at Algoworks from August 2022 to September 2024, and as a Talent Acquisition Executive at Amanzi Technologies Private Limited from March 2021 to August 2022. Additionally, Nikita gained foundational HR experience as a Human Resources Intern at Tradeindia.com-Infocom Network Ltd from October 2020 to April 2022. Nikita holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Agra, completed between 2018 and 2020.
