Julian Demetrovics is an experienced property development professional currently serving as Group Executive Property Development at Qscan Group since May 2018. With a diverse background spanning various roles, Julian has held positions such as National Leasing Manager at Minor DKL Food Group, Director of Retail Tenant Advisory at Colliers International Australia, and General Manager of Network Development at Minor DKL Food Group. Previous experience includes managerial roles at McDonald's Australia Limited and Wright Property. Julian holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Property Economics from Queensland University of Technology and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, as well as the Australian Property Institute, where Julian has been an associate and is currently a member.
