Nepple is a professional with experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Nepple has worked as a Speech-Language Pathologist at Guardian Home Care from February 2011 to March 2019, then transitioned to Hamilton Healthcare as the Director of Rehabilitation from January 2019 to November 2020. Currently, Nepple holds the position of Regional Operations Manager and Quality Program Manager at QRM (Quality Rehab Management) since November 2020. Nepple holds a Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Texas Woman's University.
