Charles Harrell is an experienced Production Foreman with a background spanning several companies within the energy sector. At Cibolo Energy Partners since May 2017, responsibilities as a workover supervisor and production foreman have been undertaken. At Quantum Resources Management, LLC, starting in September 2010, Charles supervises seven pumpers over 225 wells, engages in slick line work and swabbing, and manages production reporting and budget expenditures. Prior experience includes a role as Production Foreman at Breitburn Energy from November 2014 to December 2016, overseeing similar responsibilities. Between September 1986 and June 1998, Charles served as Foreman for American Exploration across three states, managing daily production and equipment installation. Early career experience includes ten years at TXO, where advancement to Completion Foreman occurred, along with experience working on H2S wells.
