Ehi Joy Odion (ACIPM) is an experienced professional in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition and Retention Associate at Nomba since August 2021. Prior to this role, Ehi was a Human Resources Executive at CFS Group Plc from November 2020 to August 2021 and worked as a Recruitment Consultant at FMCG Search from March 2019 to November 2020, specializing in the FMCG and Manufacturing sectors. Ehi's career began as an Operations/Facility Officer at DillonConsultants from January 2018 to March 2019 and included an internship focused on quality control with the Nigerian Air Force Housing and Construction Company in early 2016. Ehi holds a Master's degree in International Human Resource Management from Rome Business School Nigeria and an undergraduate degree from Covenant University.
