Merve Yurtbilir has a wealth of work experience. Since 2019, they have been a Customer Service Representative at Qooper Mentoring Software, where they help introduce the company's solutions and supports initial customer onboarding and set up. From 2013 to present, they have been in the Accounting and Finance Department at Midwest Student Housing LLC. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Marketing Intern at Nuh Çimento Sanayi A.S., where they supported the marketing manager with customer service and processed contracts and other sales documentation. Additionally, from 2011 to 2013, they were a Customer Relations at Ali Bey Hotels & Resorts, where they responded to customers' complaints, resolved issues and problems, and translated hotel policies from Turkish into English for international clients and travel agencies. Finally, from 2006 to 2011, they were a Marketing Intern at Nuh Cimento Sanayi A.S., where they supported the marketing manager with customer service and processed contracts and other sales documentation.

Merve Yurtbilir completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Roger Williams University from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in a two year vocational program in Marketing from Bahçesehir University from 2006 to 2008.
