Marco Gnocchi currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Qooder SA, where responsibilities include overseeing brand and product development, implementing technology advancements, and managing R&D projects since January 2021. Prior to this role, Marco held the position of R&D Manager at SWM Motorcycles from April 2015 to December 2020, managing multiple departments and overseeing budget definitions. Marco's experience also includes serving as Project Manager, where vehicle layout analysis and subgroup planning were key tasks. Freelance work as a Mechanical Engineer from March 2011 to April 2015 involved engine design for Husqvarna Motorcycles and commercial vehicle design for SCAM spa. Earlier experience includes roles as Engine Designer and Chassis Designer at MV Agusta S.p.A. from March 2008 to March 2011, and a consulting position at RPE srl for new product development. Marco holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, obtained between 2000 and 2005.
