Sarah Ben Allel is an accomplished Chief People Officer at Qonto since December 2017, leading a diverse team of over 70 professionals in areas such as Talent Acquisition, Internal Communication, and Talent Development. With a strong focus on organizational culture and employee experience, Sarah aims to scale Qonto by attracting and nurturing top talent. Prior to this role, Sarah held various HR positions at L'Oréal and Nestlé Grand Froid, where responsibilities included talent acquisition and human resources business partnering.
