Novi Retno Ardianti has accumulated significant experience in customer support and consultancy roles within the technology and service industries. Currently serving as a CST consultant at Qontak.com Technology Solutions and a Customer Support Supervisor at Mekari since July 2020, Novi has previously worked as an AWS Startup Scout at Amazon Web Services from August 2020 to January 2022, and as a Customer Service Officer at Traveloka from August 2019 to July 2020 as well as at PT VADS Indonesia for a brief period in August 2019. Novi graduated from Universitas Ahmad Dahlan in 2019.
