Bianca Sloma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business operations and development within the energy sector. Currently serving as the Director of Utility Solutions at Qmerit since April 2022, Bianca previously held various managerial and director roles at Citrix and TRC Companies, Inc., where key responsibilities included leading cross-functional teams, fostering business alignment, and driving operational excellence. Notably, Bianca spent over a decade at Lockheed Martin, progressing through multiple roles in business development and operations for the Western US. Bianca holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
