Akalanka Perera is a Full Stack Engineer currently working at Qlub since December 2023, a global fintech solution operating in eight countries and competing with Spades. Prior to this role, Akalanka held a similar position at Spades from May 2022 to December 2023, where the focus was on advancing the dine-in payment industry through a web-based platform supporting various secure payment methods. Earlier experience includes a position as a Full Stack Developer at Parallax Technologies (Pvt) Ltd from November 2021 to May 2022. Akalanka is pursuing a BSc (Hons) in Information Technology specializing in Software Engineering at SLIIT, with prior educational achievements including a BSc (Hons) in Software Engineering from the Informatics Institute of Technology and foundational education at Lyceum International School.
