Karoly Pasztor (PMP) is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in leading software delivery and ERP implementation projects across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Project Department at QLM since November 2024, Karoly previously held significant roles at Alcoa, including Information Technology and Automation Solutions Project Management Office Lead. At XAPT Corporation, Karoly managed complex software projects for prominent manufacturers and successfully transitioned the project management approach to Agile methodologies. With a strong technical background, Karoly's expertise encompasses ERP systems, financial management solutions, and team leadership across global implementations in organizations such as Sapa Profiles, Inc. and Microsoft. Karoly is currently pursuing an Executive MBA in Information Technology and holds multiple degrees in project management and engineering.
