Eleni Mikroglou has worked in the field of marketing and customer success since 2009. Eleni began their career at Logotech as a Project Manager and Junior Consultant on Innovation, Science & Technology Policy in 2009. In 2012, they moved to Qivos, where they held the roles of Customer Success Director, Account Manager, and Marketing Manager.

Eleni Mikroglou obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Macedonia between 2002 and 2008. Eleni then went on to earn a Master of Science (MSc) in Innovation and Business Creation from Jönköping University between 2008 and 2009.
