Alexia DUARTE is an experienced marketing and communications professional currently serving as Responsable Marketing et Communication at QISTA since July 2019. In this role, Alexia manages community engagement, content creation for digital platforms, customer satisfaction analysis, and email campaign execution, while also contributing to marketing strategy development. Previously, as Assistante commerciale at QISTA, Alexia focused on sales support and customer relationship management. Earlier experience includes a role at EFS, where Alexia assisted in promoting blood donation through partnerships and outreach. Alexia holds a Master in Marketing Digital from IAE Nice and a DUETI in Marketing and Business from the University of the West of Scotland, along with a degree from IUT d'Aix Marseille.
