Charles Fair is an organisational scientist and Command & Control (C2) researcher at QinetiQ since June 2022. With a strong background in employee experience and wellbeing, Charles serves as Principal at Refreshing Insights and Co-Founder of Fitter For Life, focusing on strategy development. Previously, Charles was Head of Insight at Healthy Place to Work®, contributing to global health improvements for employees and organisations. Other notable roles include Senior Organisation Development Consultant at Peakon, Head of Insight and Analytics at Quidnunc, Managing Director at Fairplace Consulting, Head of Insight at Psychological Technologies, and Head of Consultancy at Great Place to Work® Institute UK, where significant contributions to employee engagement and culture change were made. Charles holds a part-time PhD in Large Scale Leadership Development from King's College London, an MBA in Strategic Marketing from HEC Paris, and an MA in Geography from the University of Cambridge.
