Yi Yang is a legal professional with extensive experience in M&A and investment management. Currently serving as a Legal Manager at Qihoo 360 since July 2020, Yi Yang previously held the same position at CASH Capital (Beijing) Investment Management Co., Ltd from May 2019 to June 2020, where the firm was directly managed by the Chinese Academy of Sciences Holdings Co., Ltd. Prior to these roles, Yi Yang worked as a Lead Associate at King & Wood Mallesons from September 2015 to April 2019, providing comprehensive legal services in investment, acquisition, and collaboration projects, as well as advising on A share IPO and refinancing matters. Yi Yang holds a Master’s Degree in American Law from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Capital Normal University.
