Alicia D. Jackson is an experienced Operations Specialist at QED Systems, LLC, providing supply operations support and program evaluations since February 2021. Prior to this role, Alicia worked as a PES Enumerator at the U.S. Census Bureau and served in various logistics positions within the United States Army for nearly three decades, culminating in leadership roles such as Division Director and Vice President of Logistics. Alicia's extensive military background includes developing and executing complex logistical operations, advising executive leadership, and coordinating support for thousands of personnel in challenging environments. Academically, Alicia holds multiple degrees and certifications in Healthcare Leadership and Management from The University of Texas at Dallas, along with a Master of Science in Information Resource Management from Central Michigan University.
