Steven Harrison is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in various sectors. As the Chief Executive Officer of Advance Northumberland since March 2024, Steven focuses on economic regeneration and business support within the county. Previously, as Managing Director (Interim) at QE Facilities Ltd, Steven led a subsidiary of the Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust, overseeing non-clinical services. Prior roles include Group Managing Director at Able UK, where Steven managed operations in offshore wind logistics and property development, and Divisional Ports Manager at Associated British Ports, overseeing multiple ports. Steven has also served as Chief Operating Officer at Port of Tyne and held key positions at Banks Mining. Steven holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
