Muthanna Alrashvani currently serves as Chief Executive Officer at QD-SBG Construction, a role held since April 2019. Prior to this position, Muthanna was Group Director of Strategy, Corporate Planning and Transformation at ELAN Group from August 2016 to March 2019. Experience also includes Senior Manager of Programme Management Office (PMO) at ASTAD Project Management, Senior Manager of Quality & Compliance at Qatar Project Management (QPM)/Hill International, and Business Excellence Manager at Dubai Holding, among other roles in project management and engineering. Muthanna holds an International MBA in Management and Strategy from the University of Strathclyde and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Mosul.
