Saiful Azhar Nor Hanipah is a seasoned professional in enterprise architecture and strategy, currently serving as Senior Enterprise Architecture & Strategy at QatarEnergy since May 2022, where responsibilities include driving ICT and Cloud Strategy roadmaps and establishing innovation functions. Previously, at Bank Simpanan Nasional, Saiful held the role of VP, Head of Enterprise Architecture & Strategy, overseeing the development of the Enterprise Architecture Framework and a 5-year ICT transformation plan. Prior roles include AVP at Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad, focusing on TOGAF-compliant enterprise architecture and IT transformation, and as Lead of Regional System Change Control Management at Maybank. Saiful's early career included management positions at IBM Global Delivery Centre Malaysia, software engineering at Jaya Satria Mediakom, and an internship with the Singapore Muslim Women Association. Saiful holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from International Islamic University Malaysia.
