As a Senior Executive, Maureen has played a pivotal role in developing the KAIZENâ„¢ methodology and has held various key positions across notable companies such as ASML, sonnen GmbH, APG, Shell, and Philips. With a background in Operational and Sustainable Growth areas including Supply Chain, Agile project management, and Innovation, Maureen has contributed to multiple strategic initiatives, training programs, and certifications, enhancing organizational performance and efficiency. Maureen holds a Master's degree in French from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, obtained between 1977 and 1983.
