Haissam Sebaaly, PhD, currently serves as a Post Doctoral researcher at Qatar University since June 2023. Previously, Haissam worked as a Research Associate at the University of Pretoria from January 2022 to June 2023, focusing on teaching and workshops in various engineering disciplines. Haissam's experience includes a role as Commercial and Contracts Manager at Marcegaglia, overseeing business development and project management from February 2021 to June 2023. Prior to that, Haissam was a Pavement/Technical Expert at ANAS SpA from May 2013 to January 2021, responsible for project management and highway design in Qatar. Haissam's earlier positions include Technical Manager at International Technical Laboratory and Design Engineer at Khatib & Alami. Educational qualifications encompass a PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of Pretoria and a Master’s degree from the University of Nevada, Reno.
