Issam Aboud is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in system administration and technical support. Currently serving as an IT System Administrator at Qatar Tourism since April 2017, Issam is responsible for onboarding and offboarding processes, user account management, and license assignment. Previous roles include Helpdesk Team Leader, where responsibilities included providing consultative technical support and overseeing task assignments for technicians, and Information Technology HelpDesk Support, focusing on resolving end-user technical issues. Earlier career experiences include positions as an IT Support Technician at BFBA and an Information Technology Technician at Citec’ Computer Center.
