Sebastian Walker currently serves in Healthcare Investments at the Qatar Investment Authority, focusing on global non-pharmaceutical healthcare, including life sciences tools, medical devices, and healthcare services since February 2023. Prior to this role, Sebastian was an Investment Analyst at Lighthouse Partners - Capella Global Investors, specializing in global healthcare within a long/short hedge fund from September 2020 to February 2023. Sebastian's earlier experience includes a tenure at UBS from August 2015 to September 2020, where roles included Director and Head of EU Medical Devices & Services and Associate Director in Equity Research focused on European MedTech. Education includes a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Economic History from The London School of Economics and Political Science, completed between 2011 and 2015, along with earlier education at the Overseas Family School in Singapore.
