Irshad Samnani is an experienced professional in the field of human resources, specializing in compensation and benefits. With a career spanning over two decades, Irshad currently holds the position of Total Reward and Org Effectiveness at Qatar Investment Authority since May 2010, where responsibilities include leading the development and execution of compensation programs and governance. Prior to this role, Irshad served as Head of Rewards and HR Relationship Management at Al Khalij Commercial Bank, where strategic HR leadership was provided to create competitive compensation structures.
