Dominic Ryalls has extensive experience in talent acquisition and executive recruitment, currently serving in dual roles at Qatar Investment Authority as Talent Acquisition and Acting Employee Relations Lead since December 2019. Prior to this, Dominic was the founder of Evoke Search and held significant positions at HSBC, including Global Head of Executive Search, where an in-house executive search function was established for global hiring. Additional roles include Head of Executive Talent at Co-op, Global Resourcing Director at Unilever, and Head of Executive Resourcing at Barclays. Earlier career milestones include founding Jefferson Salt and holding director positions at BIE Executive and Harvey Nash, alongside consultancy work. Dominic's educational background includes a BSc Hons in Computing for Realtime Systems from the University of the West of England.
