Arturo Carta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in infrastructure and financial sectors. Since May 2013, Arturo has served as Director of the Infrastructure Department at Qatar Investment Authority. Prior to this, Arturo held the position of Executive Director at Morgan Stanley in the Power & Utilities division from March 2005 to April 2013. Early in the career, Arturo worked as a Junior Associate at McKinsey & Company, focusing on strategy consulting. Arturo also has experience in business management as the Head of the Japanese Subsidiary at OZ S.p.A. and in technical coordination as a Production Engineering Engineer at Industrie Pininfarina for Mitsubishi Motors. Arturo obtained an MBA from INSEAD in 2004, completed an Executive Training Program in Business - Japan with the European Commission from 1998 to 1999, and holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Padova, awarded in 1997.
