Vaso Tsali is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in workforce planning and performance management. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist at Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) Authority since May 2018, Vaso has been instrumental in developing and executing HR operational plans that align with departmental and organizational strategies, while providing comprehensive advice on various HR functions. Previous roles include a specialist position at Msheireb Properties focusing on performance management and learning, an HR specialist at Qatar Airways managing recruitment policies and job descriptions, as well as diplomatic and political analyst roles earlier in the career. Vaso holds an MSc in HR Management & International Development from The University of Manchester and a BA in Political Science & Government from the University of Crete.
