Ruchi Tandon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sponsorship and corporate social responsibility (CSR). Currently serving as a Sponsorship Specialist and previously in roles such as Global Sponsorships and CSR Officer at Qatar Airways since July 2016, Ruchi has successfully managed major local sponsorship events and cultivated international partnerships, including the FIFA World Cup. Prior experience includes overseeing CSR initiatives at Hamad Medical Corporation, focusing on employee engagement and community awareness programs. Ruchi's career began in human resources with Al Amthal Group and as a Management Trainee with Future Group. Ruchi holds an MBA in International Business and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, complemented by a certification in Digital Marketing and Brand Management from MICA.
