Adrian Hado is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer loyalty, analytics, and digital innovation across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Loyalty at Qatar Airways since August 2021, Adrian also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at the International Modern Day Renaissance Man & Woman Project since January 2019. Previous roles include Global Head of Digital Innovation at a world-leading FMCG brand, Chief Analytics & Customer Experience Officer (Asia Miles) at Cathay Pacific Airways, and Director of Analytics, Personalisation and Customer Strategy at O2 (Telefónica UK). A graduate of The University of Manchester with a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics with Business & Management, Adrian also earned a distinction in a Master’s in Marketing from the University of St Andrews.
