Geargina T. has held various roles in the past 14 years, beginning with Human Resources Assistant at KPMG in 2008. Geargina then moved to Morey's Piers, Beachfront Water Parks & Resorts as a Games Facilitator, followed by a role as Team Manager at Universal Studios Singapore Park Operations (Attractions). Geargina then moved to Resorts World Sentosa, where they held roles as Manager - Central Zone Resort Operations, Senior Manager - Marine Life Park, and Area Manager - Universal Studios Singapore Training and Development. In 2014, Geargina T. founded PrintStone Private Limited, a 3D printing and commercial printing company. Geargina then moved to Jewel Changi Airport as Assistant Vice President - User Experience (Operations). In 2020, they joined Amazon as Amazon Flex - Last Mile Operations (SG Lead). Most recently, Geargina T. was appointed Regional Head of Operations at Qashier in 2022.

Geargina T. has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the Singapore Institute of Management, where they studied Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended Singapore Polytechnic, studying Intermedia/Multimedia from 2002 to 2004. Geargina T. also has a number of certifications from LinkedIn, National University of Singapore, and Tony Robbins, obtained between 2016 and 2022. Her educational background began at Fairfield Methodist Secondary School.
