Mattia Lilienberg Tosti has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2009, they founded their first company, Act:one, which aimed to pioneer mobile marketing and involve Sweden's youth in charity through targeted ads. Mattia then worked as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Klarna AB for two months. Mattia joined Procter & Gamble as a Marketing Intern, specifically working with the Head&Shoulders brand in the CEMEA region. In 2013, they joined Telenor Sverige AB as a Management Trainee. Their next significant role was as the COO & Co-Founder of Qasa, an online platform for long-term rentals targeting the Nordic market. Under their leadership, Qasa achieved a GMV of €10M+ before being sold to Schibsted in 2019. After that, they became the VP of Customer Success at Qasa and later took on the role of Managing Director for Qasa Sweden. This experience showcases their entrepreneurial spirit, business development skills, and ability to scale companies.
Mattia Lilienberg Tosti began their education in 2007 at the Stockholm School of Economics, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Marketing and Financial Accounting in 2011. They then pursued further education at the same institution, completing a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Marketing and Media Management from 2011 to 2013. During this time, they also participated in the CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education program, earning a Master's degree in International Management from 2012 to 2013.
