Brian Batchelder is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and product design. Currently serving as Principal at Qarik Group, Brian previously held roles at Wayfair as Senior Manager and Principal Recruiter for Product Design Recruiting, as well as Senior Product Design Recruiter at LinkedIn. Earlier in the career, Brian worked at Wayfair again as a Senior Product Design Recruiter and also served as Executive Recruiter at Shadow Search. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism from Syracuse University and is an alumnus of Mount Saint Charles Academy.
